Shipping
We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging.
How to Return
- Contact us at hello@lumierebeau.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a return authorization and instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and beauty products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
