Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times We ship internationally from our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times are:
- Canada & USA: 10–20 business days
- International: 15–30 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or high-demand periods.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at marian_lovett05@msn.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
